GEMS provides expert consultation to organizations and industry groups in a wide variety of areas pertaining to quality and productivity improvement, team building, and work process enhancement. It facilitates problem solving and team building not only within the organization, but also between the organization and its external suppliers and customers.
Here is how we would like to work with you:
- We come to your place of work.
- We conduct a needs assessment (including the establishment of baseline measures, if appropriate).
- Together with you, we establish improvement objectives.
- We then design the training, development, or technical assistance plan that makes practical sense.
- We implement the program that we have agreed to do.
- Then we measure to assess your progress.
We guarantee our work: if you are not satisfied, we will not accept payment for our services.
