TEAM Performance Assessment
This is another scientifically based tool developed by GEMS and used to assess the effectiveness of an intact work team. It measures the team's effectiveness in goal setting, role clarity, member accountability, member relations, and overall performance.
The five overall measures of team effectiveness have been validated in over 100 work teams in both business and government. Additionally, this instrument has been used in academic research and doctoral studies.
